In psychological consultations, you will most often work with a psychologist or a psychotherapist.

  1. What technology do I need for an online consultation?

You will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone, as well as a stable internet connection. Sessions are usually conducted through user-friendly platforms like Google Meet or Viber. Before the session, you will receive clear instructions and a link to join.

  1. Can I cancel or reschedule my session?

Yes, of course. In your profile you can reschedule or cancel a booked appointment yourself. You can also contact me by phone to arrange a new time.

If you choose to cancel the session and have already made a payment, you can request a refund, which will be processed separately.

If you need to cancel the session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, rescheduling is the only option. I understand that life can be unpredictable, so I strive for maximum flexibility and convenience for both sides.
